Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes built Metanoia as a productivity tool. This SERVICE is provided by Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes and is intended to be used as is.

The Metanoia application was designed to help users manage tasks, projects, notes, files, and communication within a work group (“pelotón”). While using the application, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, or files you choose to upload. The collected information is used solely for app functionality and is not shared with third parties.

App Permissions

Camera: Used exclusively to scan QR codes that allow users to join a group or team. It is not used in the background or for any other purpose.
Push Notifications: Used to send reminders, task updates, or project notifications. Users may enable or disable them at any time through device settings.
Storage: Used to allow users to upload files, notes, or documents from their device to the system.
External Links: The app may include links to external sites only for displaying images or related resources. We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Log Data

In case of an application error, we collect technical data (through third-party services) known as Log Data, which may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other diagnostic information.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal data, they should contact us so we can delete it immediately.

Metanoia App is designed to facilitate task management, project tracking, note-taking, file uploads, and communication within work teams. The user is responsible for keeping their device and access secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is not recommended as it can compromise security and app functionality.

Connectivity and Responsibility

Certain functions of the app require an Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes cannot be held responsible for limited functionality if you lack a proper connection or have exceeded your data plan. If you use the app outside your Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider may charge data or roaming fees. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

Likewise, Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes is not responsible if your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the app or its services as a result.

App Updates

We may update the app periodically. It is currently available for Android and iOS, and system requirements may change over time. You agree to install updates when available. Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
